I would like to speed up my Dell XT, as my current HDD is too slow Toshiba 1.8" 80GB 4200RPM MK8009GAH. Been spending alot of time researching SSD 1.8 Zif, I was thinking of looking at: Mtron Mobi 3000 - 100/80 Photofast G-Monster V3 - 100/100 Runcore IV - 85/75 but due to the connection used I don't think it will reach its max speed, as I read that the Mtron Mobi...

The PCI-E SSD's won't fit in the XT bay. I am not sure about expresscard SSD's...
