it has to do with offsets and dual wheels - it's the same setup for almost all truck that have dual wheels in the back

practical too, if you blow both front tyres out you can use two wheels from the back (flipped round) as temporary relacements. They are interchangeable inni / outi

I would assume that the rear-most axle is a single wheel, and steers; the other rear axle is dual wheels, and of course the front axle is single wheel. Also, hello to Dallas (in the pic), where I grew up! :)

The inside rim on the drive axe is an outie same as the steering axle. This allows both bud rims on the dual system to be in contact
