Last night I finished up the rest of my smoked spare ribs that I smoked last Sunday (well, I still have about 4-5 lbs frozen in the freezer). Had some left over beans and lamb with cornbread, so I heated that up as a side. Fried up ½ of a big ol' russet potato, diced, with some diced onion and steamed with a little beer when all was nice and browned. Nuked some frozen corn and diced ...

Hmmm, those spare ribs sound good. I've got a bunch of smoked ribs in the freezer so I think I will get some out for tomorrow. The U OF U is playing TCU, should be a good game but it would be even better with some ribs to chew on. Phred
