Thread: DTD: Praetorian Building Conversion

Started 2 years ago by DFWCRE8TIVE
Does anyone have photos of this building when the panels were yellow and white? I think it would be interesting to restore the original stone facade on the 1909 half of the building and restore the yellow/white enamel panels on the 1960 addition.

Rumor has it that Tim Headington, developer of the Joule, is looking at this property.

Worked on the Joule project, what a beautiful facility it is now. I would really love to see Praetorian receive an update.

I've noticed over the past 3 - 4 weeks that random lights have been turned on in different parts of this building. I was wondering if anything was going on with it.

Probably going through some kind of inspection to determine the structural integrity and possible renovation/conversation outcomes.

Maybe they are serious about doing something with this building soon.

The reason for both are pretty obvious from the previous posts: the ghosts who have been hired to clean out the buildings by the city are moving things around

I saw them scrubbing the tiny black tiles today. Lights were on in the first floor as well. Man, that place needs some work.
