It looks like he just appealed in 2004 and it was only "Certified". Seems like they screwed him.

i remember this mess well, i actually got stuck in a roadblock in VA when he struck the one time. we sat on the highway with helicopters and everything all around us for like 2 hours....it was crazy. choppers were so low they were kicking up leaves off the ground into my windows... __________________ PA Forum Delaware Online Get Dropbox
