> roderickp, Hello, and welcome to the forums here on Gunbroker. If you were to take a good look at the auction side, and use the search engine, you should be able to find just about anything you want, at more than reasonable prices. Best EDIT 1: I just went to a distributors website, and typed in "left hand", under Tikka. It came up with a few hunters, and ...

> Square butt K-frame with a barrel underlug that makes it heavier than any other S&W .22 on the market. A very accurate and well-made revolver. Top notch.

> I'm thinking it's a round butt. Most new S&W's are. The rubber grips (Hogue) that come on the 617's are okay, but I'm gonna want to go back to some S&W wood combat finger-groove grips eventually.

left hand rifle for a lady

> briguy, It depends on what type of rifle you're looking for. If you go to the Auction side (use 'Home' button above right) you can type in the term 'left hand' in the search box which will generate a list of pages featuring left hand rifles. Be sure to select the bolt action category if that's what she wants. I just did a quick check to try this so you can use the terms 'left hand .243 Win.' to...

The replacement magazines that Numrich sells are modern made replicas manufactured by the Triple K company. Make sure you contact their customer service folks to be sure to get the correct mag. During the war Walther made some pistols with bottom mag latches. I had a war time .380 with a heel latch years ago. To score a...

Gas Assembly, manual Recocking M1A
Published (2009-11-28 16:31:00)
> "Will it enable me to do manual re-cocking" To be more precise, it will force you to do manual re-cocking. And by that, I mean working the operating rod handle manually to eject, and to charge a fresh round. It will not damage a rifle with the M14 (M1A) gas system. Just as a point of reference, in M1/M14 (M1A) nomenclature, manual re-cocking means working the triggerguard like a lever action to cock the hammer. I don't...
