Thread: DDO won't take my money

I've been trying to purchase a VIP account but their site won't accept my CC address. I'm stationed in Guam and get an error everytime I enter it. I've tried sending emails explaining the error but haven't heard back from them yet (2 weeks and still waiting). Anyone else have issues like this or have any suggestions on what to do. I've even thought about purchasing a DDO gift card but ...

I've tried but you can't post on the DDo forum unless you are a paying member. It's a catch 22. I have search but nothing on Guam.
