I am looking at using t3 for the first time at 50mcg each day for 4 weeks question is should i start at 25mcg for a week then up to 50mcg? For the last week should i up it to 75mcg?
I will be running 50mg winny ed and also 60mg tbol ed.
Im currently 18% bf and looking to get to around 13%
I may look at cycling clen 2 weeks on and 2 weeks of when i come off ...

I've been cutting for just over 2 weeks now. I haven't done any accurate measurements but I have lost approx 3/4 of an inch from my waist (plenty more to lose).
Finished 2 weeks of clen and got up to 120mcg without a problem (GL stuff wrecks me but the stuff I've got seems to be working ok). I've switched to ECA now which works great for me.

Ok cheers for replying mate, I'm such a dumbass I forgot to add I also have 50g of natty PB with my morning shake which is carbs but not many I know
If I add say 50g of oats with this, whould that make up for any deficiences?
yeah mate any carbs is better than none!
to be honest i'd have it like this..
low day - 125g
medium - 225g
high day/refeed -400g minimum
depends on how much u weigh and how u respond to carbs but i do feel yours are too low
low and med days i try and have the majority of carbs in the mornign meals and then a few post workout

Diet is something I've never really paid much attention to. I've always been happy to eat what I want whilst training. I always got away with it.
I've not been training properly for far too long now and eating crap. I was hoping to put some bulk on before the Summer and then cut up in time. Sadly that's not going to happen now.

Ok so things are going well, coming to the end of my 5th week and I've lost approx 4kg, which equates to a loss of 1.76lb per week. 1.5" has been shed off my waist so I'm happy but I would like to see another 1.5"-2" off by the end of the cut. Cardio is consistent at 4 times a week in the morning in fasted state, I have trhown in 1 HIIT session on a sunday which is very tough but I need to start conditioning for rugby....

I'd have no qualms about starting them at the same time mate, assuming you are using sensible (25-50mcg) dosages. You would be massively unlikely to go catabolic that quickly.... and the gear does make you anabolic pretty much right away, even being long acting... it is just the gains that take a few weeks to come. If you are concerned, run an oral in the first 3-4 weeks.

best off stacked with clenbuterol for more sufficient results Side effects i suffered from was only tiredness and sweating also weight loss run up to 50mcg to 75 mcg daily, shown slight improved results when taken before bed from studies, or split the dose evenly throughout the day. These drugs are catabolic, so if you are running then without steroids, then expect some muscle loss.
