Thread: Cung Le vs. Shamrock "fixed" thread

Wouldn't consider that a controversial ending. He was injured Controversial would be a questional ref stoppage fucking up/split judges scoring.

I dunno...that kick that landed on Frank's arm looked pretty legit to me. Frank's not known as someone to lay down.... Conspiracy theorists may disagree, but Cung won and it was the real deal.

watch the fight, would a fix fight have frank rock cung le badly and nearly knock him out? stupid. watch the fight, cung le won a kickboxing match and stuffed maybe 2 or 3 takedown attempts by shamrock. credit goes to le for training to get out of the scrambles and back to his feet. one hell of a fight. i was on my feet the whole time.

There was a thread a while back where one of Cung Le's students claimed that Cung Le would win the fight against Frank in an unusual and controversial fashion. Anyone remember it? The story went, Cung would win the first bout. Frank would take the second. And the third would be a legit fight.

It is a bit suspicious that the thread was started a month (almost two) ago and predicted something of this nature.

I doubt there's gonna be three damn fights. I'm not even sure we will see a rematch. Cung was dominant.
