I wouldn't be getting it all in one go, would be paid weekly or monthly. so just wondering if my arrests amount would be used as its money I should of gotten already iykwim?

it is her choice to leave, apparantly we can not stop her, her auntie is encouraging her to be abusive and to move in with her. we will not throw her out, but they are planning all of this behind our backs. i dont see why we should all suffer for her own choices

Any amount. A PWC could potentially have thousands of pounds per month of child maintenance and have zero income for housing benefit/tax credits purposes.

although this is the case now it has not always been so there may be some impact on the arrears payments from before the change came in

Not sure about this without checking it. It could be considered as capital rather than income but don't take my word for it
