there was a rice cereal debate on here a couple of days ago.? there is evidence it can lead to obesity later, worse food allergies and that the cereal can aspirate into their lungs however, when my I had my daughter and son, this advice was given all the time and people took it.? I don't think so. My water broke with both of my pregnancies and my body never went into labor on its own either time.? Sometimes that just happens...I don't think your stretching had anything to do with it.? That's just my opinion though.
