Vitamins are crucial nutrients and substances of an organic nature that are vital for our health. Vitamins serve as components of enzymes and coenzymes. Enzymes are essential for speeding up our chemical reactions that take happen within our body.
Such reactions are responsible for our metabolic processes, so because of this, consuming vitamin nutritional supplements is vitally important. If one...
there's sites like bulkpowders.co.uk that do creapure really cheap... if my
local supplement retailer doesn't have a cheap and decent creapure, then i
may consider that.

So I went out and bought a one a day men's health opened it up and took one. I didn't bother to read the package and just realized that it was one a day men's 50+
I just want to know if this is going to cause any problems if I continue taking it considering I'm only 19. I don't want to end up taking something that's going to harm my body in any way.
I should have read the stupid package...
Considering the age differences, you are going to require different amounts of vitamins than that of a 50 year old. I would suggest you return it/ toss it and get a regular natural multi-v.
Look on the bright side... At least it wasn't birth control- you would have really been screwed
I doubt I could return it which sucks because it cost $20.
I checked the facts of both products and there's more vitamins in the men's 50+
My concern isn't with the fact that I'm not getting something I need. I'm scared I might be getting something that's going to mess my body up.
It's giving me Iodine, Molybdenum, and Ginko Biloba extract. Other than that it's not missing anything...
Its not those necessarily I would worry about. I would worry about the
vitamin being a synthetic vitamin and not a whole food vitamin, which are
better for your body and fully absorbed.
In the vein of a man accidentally taking birth control, I'm more concerned
with taking something that's going to turn me into an old guy physically
and hormonally.

Ive read so much about these 2 products and the reviews on them seem to be amazing. ive read all these reviews on bodybuilding.com and thesupplementrating.com and all there is is positive feedback from these 2 products. Ive also read that usp labs gives out a lot of free products in return for good reviews. I was just wondering if anyone here has tried prime or anabolic pump and what there results were like. I know you guys have great...

I agree with LtL, Most weight gainers contain a fair bit of sugar, so be careful. Can't see much problem using it though, as long as it is within your daily food requirements then your set to go :thumbs_up
Personal Trainer Tip #2: Weights before cardio ALWAYS.... Personal Trainer Tip #2: Weights before cardio ALWAYS. Maybe a 5 min cardio warm-up to get the blood flowing, but THATS IT before weights.
