Thread: Could it be multiples?!

Don't freak. :o) I really think it is a dating issue, with the weirdness that was going on with your cycle and tests. When are they going to do an u/s? Soon, I hope. I think you are farther along than 6 weeks.

The range of normal is SO big that I don't necessarily think your numbers would indicate multiples. I think at this point the only way to know is to get the ultrasound. I agree, though, you're probably further along than previously assumed.

Okay my u/s is scheduled for Thursday afternoon!  Crossing my fingers that all goes well. Just to make things more confusing for me, when the CNM checked my uterus size at 5w4d, she said it was the size she would expect for a pregnancy about 5-6 weeks along! DH is now worried about a molar pregnancy... but I don't have any of the other symptoms of that.  Let's hope for some GOOD news on ...

Just feeling with her hands I think its very possible to be wrong by a few weeks. I'm still going to guess your further along. I cant wait to find out LOL. Thursday is only a few days away! Good luck. Maybe you will be further along and have 2 :-) Do you have any twins in your family?

Nope no twins in my family!  DH has fraternal twin cousins but my understanding is that so far as genetics goes, DH's family history of twins shouldn't have an impact. Thursday seems sooo far...

Keep us posted!! I have no idea what the normal range is, LOL! But the increase seems like a great sign to me!!

My u/s is at 2:15 EST.  So you can be thinking of me then :)  This is going to be the slowest day ever! If all goes well, I will be coming back to work and I will let you know then what happens!  If I don't come back, well... it probably didn't go well.
