I'm not sure whether my mood swings are supposed to be this extreme. Some days I am so full of energy, I talk really fast, laugh a lot, am distracted/can't focus, and I don't feel like sleeping. Bipolar is genetic. 80$ of people who develop bipolar can name 1-2 relatives that are bipolar, dessed. addicted or strang, tempermental in an artistic way. Replying to: Could I have a bipolar disorder? I agree with joye. This could be part of teenage stuff or it could be something more. Get the physical stuff ruled out first then see a psychiatrist if need be.
