So I told him, he said he really liked it, and said he had been listening to a lot of that kind of music lately. So I asked him who, figuring he'd say Electric Wizard, or I'd get a really humorous response (someone once asked me if it was The Mars Volta when I had Scorpions on at the ...
If somebody outside the habitual heavy scene here suddenly started talking to me about TGoS or Lord Vicar I'd probably have a fucking stroke.
On a lighter note, the Taxi I took last saturday had Sabbath's Sabotage on the stereo. Old guy driving. I'll settle for that!

I've never met anyone outside concerts that was interested in actual heavy metal(excluding death/black metal and stuff that's aired on the pop radio/TV).

I was playing the new Revelation mix in the record store where I work a month or so back and as soon as I turned it on some dude was like "who's this? This is awesome!" When I told him who it was, he knew about Revelation, and was at the first Born Too Late festival back in 2003. Too bad he didn't even know about the 2nd one we had this year. __________________ "No coward soul is mine, beautiful twilight,...
