Started 2 months ago by The Last Ninja
( This is a video that is supposedly the first level of MW2, it was leaked from France, and IW and Activision are trying to keep it off the internet to prevent bad reputation for the game. Some stores are canceling their orders of the game because of this. spoiler: Remember that trailer for MW2 where you heard an elevator, doors open, gunfire and people scream? I loved the first game but this seems completely unnecessary and it seems like the developed just want's to go for a shock value to the player or something. Could they have not just made it a cut scene instead of giving the player the power to gun down throngs of innocent people, and then gun down people trying to crawl away carrying their dead loved ones. It's really not necessary and it is ...

It's a video game, and this is probably going to be an important part of the storyline.

Who would have imagined that you have to kill people in a war game.

Inelegant Harm replied 2 months ago
My god, killing virtual people in a video game about war? It's wrong! Those innocent virtual people have virtual families to go home to.

Keyblademaster Riku replied 2 months ago
Yup ,gotta love the promotion of terrorism, which I guess was what most people took it as.

sacchi replied 2 months ago
And how do you find it promotion of terrorism? In fact, if you've got the mind which the society hopes that you have, you'll find this disgusting and probably help enforce your feelings against terrorism. And this is a Mature game, adults are the ones allowed to play this game. If you see a kid playing this game, it's not the game's fault, but the parents fault. As for me, I'll ...

Actually, you're one of the terrorists, if that's what I'm looking at.

sacchi replied 2 months ago
I'm not sure who you are talking to Dragoon, but yhea, you're one of the terrorists for one level. In all other levels you play as the good guys I think.

Admiral Lionfist replied 2 months ago
quote: Actually, you're one of the terrorists, if that's what I'm looking at. You're an undercover CIA agent inside the terrorist group. quote: good guys This is funny as hell to me. < Message edited by Admiral Lionfist -- 10/28/2009 16:53:20 >

I would like to see someone do this in an American Airport, specifically Dulles or JFK. They wouldn't make it two steps out of thier cars.

I really hope that some of you people don't find out there's a game called Grand Theft Auto, where you can gun down thousands and thousands of innocent bystanders.

The level is called No Russian, which is what Makarov (Big Bad) says at the end of the mission, shooting you and letting you die. Edit: He says it at the beginning, so as to not expose Russia as the culprit < Message edited by Dragoon_KarThenus -- 10/28/2009 19:13:28 >

quote: a death or 2 based on this is certain if halo3 caused someone to kill What? Do you mean, quote: A murder or two based on this is certain. If Halo 3 caused someone to kill, then the chances for this game being a murder provocative are high.

^ It can happen, you don't have to pass through a security checkpoint just to enter the airport or elevator, just hide the guns in a suitcase and get them in the elevator.
