Thread: Clio 182 probs (R.S Logan can u help?)

Mr Logan, im a technician VW trained for years but i run a clio 182. Just paid a collegue to do the cambelt as being built like a brick lavatory i cant get my hands down the inner wing and mess about so i paid a guy at work. I watched over him as he did it and stuck my nose in when it came to the timing of the engine with the cam plate and pin for the crank and when it was done the engine was turned 360 and the timing pins etc slotted...

Know what you mean re. space to work on engine , the guys that design the cars should be made to repair / work on them . Got to say I have little knowledge of that car , apart from one of my sons friends who has one . He is a mechanic also and I spoke to him re. fault . He hasn't had this problem with his car and agrees with all you have tried and possible throttle body .Dont know if fuel pressure regulator would cause symptoms ? or...
