I had something like this last year. We did a Secret Santa-type thing. If they can, they can bring in cheap or homemade gifts, then everyone can pick a random gift. It's rather fun.

You could do a yankee swap? (at least I think thats what they are called. xD)

The movie 'Elf' is really cute and funny. Also, you guys could make gingerbread houses. (don't laugh) They sell kits, and it's actually really fun. You could get a small Christmas tree and decorate it with mementos of your friendships with each other. If it has snowed, you could make snowmen, or go sledding. They sell Christmas party music at most party stores. Have fun!!

Yankee Swap, Secret Santa, Buy a bunch of those teen weekly magazines and read them... Make signs that say your names, gingerbread houses....

Secret Santa is fun, and maybe some kind of craft? For music, just find any collection of Christmas music, there are tons of cds out there and maybe you could find a collection of Christmas songs by a certain artist you like. Just do regular sleepover things, like truth or dare, lots of talking and snacks, makeovers? Twister is fun...but not Christmas-related. I don't know, I'm just thinking of things that would be fun at any...
