Would chocolate protein cause breakouts? Would chocolate acne cause more acne than say a vanilla protein powder? If so whats the ingredient that causes the acne (cocoa?)

lol, I thought you actually meant protein from chocolate, not chocolate flavored, and was like WTF?! Sounded expensive if existing, thoughts went into cacao powder and such to. Anyway as the poster above states cacao don't give more acne (afaik) and even if it did the amounts used in a protein with chocolate flavor wouldn't be much. Personally I enjoy my chocolate, ORAC score above 13,000 for dark one. Oh, and it taste great to ;D...

it's probably the different level of hormones in the milk that you are drinking that's causing breakouts

Everybody reacts differently. If you conduct your own personal experiment and you notice consistently that eating chocolate increases your acne, then I really could care less how many dermatologists say what you eat has nothing to do with acne.. all I know is that each individual is different from one another, and if chocolate makes you inflamed, then thats just how you react to it! there are so many people that have allergic reactions to what...
