Anyone use one ? or have back problems and gone to one
I have done everything for my back, except this, cause I heard it is very addictive and all that, but honestly I rather be addicted to that then suffer the pain I am going thru.
just curious as to what they really do for ya ?
they crack back and straighten you out and shit right ?
i had piriformis syndrome for 6 months and the chiropractor did shit. one
thing, that helped, was when she cracked my back. felt amazing, but didnt
solve my problem at all.

I had chronic lower back pain from assorted injuries, accidents. I hear you...when I would have an episode, my whole body looked wrong, like things weren't lined up properly. I used to think Chiroppractors were a joke, but they fixed me up good over ...
I used to go to a chiropractor 3x a week. I went for 6 months. It didnt help and all it did was take up so much of my time. (Im going to get yelled at if my friend is reading this-he is a chiro, lol)
I also went to PT. That helped a little more than the chiro. Some chiro places offer pt in them too, so maybe if you could do both at the same time that would help.
Ive been told accupuncture ...
I have an amazing place in Garden City called Advanced Hollistic Healthcare that I go to but if you are able to get to howard beach, I would reccomend Michael Jocson. Welcome to JocsonHealth.com
I have had a bunch of back problems while I was growing up so I went to a chiropractor alot. This guy was a client and family friend of my father and was a good chiropractor. He would be straight foward and honest about what he could do for you and not do for you. Most of the time I had pulled muscles or ahd spasms and had soem verterbrate out of place. Going there made everything better.

I know people who have had successful back surgeries, and some that were not successful and happen to be completely fucked up from having surgery. It's not worth the risk to me.

I dont recall hearing about a single successfull back surgery, would rather have a ache or pain once in a while then cutting me open and wasting my time with a long recovery time

I think cher hit it right on the head. For me, chiro didn't do much. Sometimes a temporary fix but that was it. Once I started working with a chek practitioner and learned proper corrective exercise, that's when i finally started feeling better. I do go to a "chiro" but he has never cracked my back once. He's at a hollistic center but I would say that I go to him to maintain overall wellness rather than illness.
Me to the chiropractor: "I feel like an old... Me to the chiropractor: "I feel like an old woman." Chiropractor to me: "Well, you're not that young anymore, actually." NICE! :)
