Whats the cheapest protein you guys have found recently? I need something major cheap as on a budget, its being mixed with fruit, yoghurt, oils and soya milk anyway

discount supplemnts had extreme whey for 19.99 5lb or 34.99 for 4KG which I though was cheap. Not the greatest protein %age but good for the price.

Yeh dicsount supps are pretty good for cheap a$$ protein! Not the best but cheap enough to have 2/3 a day to make up for it!! And if you mixing them with other whole foods etc they should be more than good enough!

i was thinking myprotein, mrp is great for a morning shake, £20 on there including delivery. Can anyone better that, bare in mind thats 2.2kg

Nutrisport 90+ always worth a look at 45 notes for 5kg. Can even pick it up at 40 notes sometimes! If your on a budget it's brilliant due to it being a mix of casein and isolate. Best of both worlds!

budget meaning £20 mark is a good bet, as to be honest if i was spending £45 i would just buy 2kg of a better quality

nutrisport i thought it be bad. but it's lovely i got vanilla flavor taste realllly good
