It sounds like your alternator is slowly taking a shit.

K... most of the time the battery goes out first. Then the alternator starts working extra hard to try to charge the battery, which makes the alternator go out.

Well I had both the alterator and the battery tested, both came up good. So im kinda lost what to do now. After I did my clutch it did the same thing upon start up i would turn the key to start and all lights would go out. Could I have an arching positive wire somewhere? Any ideas?

Who tested the battery and alt? I had the battery tested at knechts they said it was good and the reader thing was green. Took it to an alt shop where they performed a specific gravity test and it had a dead cell.

You could be right. I got the battery tested not at a specific shop or anything so ill try and swap one out with a known good one.
