Hello, 3 years ago I had a auto repo'd through Ford Motor Credit. The account was charged off and on my credit it appeared as a Charge Off Balance due 0, high balance 7086. I am in Florida and intend to due the Mychat method when the four year SOL date comes around. But in the mean time I disputed the entry last month. Was the repo done legally? Did you receive all of the proper paperwork, etc? Since you are past the 2 years that WhyChat talks about, you could very well send the letter to Ford now. IF your situation warrants it. Need more info on the repo and the papers you have rec'd. Have you heard from FOrd? or a CA regarding this alleged debt?

Was the repo done legally? Did you receive all of the proper paperwork, etc? Since you are past the 2 years that WhyChat talks about, you could very well send the letter to Ford now.
