It could be that you're on Tiscali's fully unbundled platform, which would make sense if you have line rental with them too. The problem here is that MPF (fully unbundled) lines are not completely covered by the MAC process and since Orange is also a shared/fully unbundled platform mix then you will have a headache switching between them.
