I'm going to see THIS tonight at the Piramide de Arona. I can't wait! It looks really good Has anyone else been yet? If so, what was it like? I shall post my review tomorrow.

I've often wondered about the show there ... look forward to seeing your review. Do you have to eat there or is it an option, or not?? Have a great evening.

I saw the previous show last year. It was....ok, dragged on a bit to be honest, maybe I was just hungry? The people we were with enjoyed it, I think, but no, i wouldn't bother a second time, BUT this is a different show so maybe a bit better?

I don't think we are eating... I am going with the Asociaci?n de Mujeres in Chio. There's 22 of us going in total and we're paying 9€ each, as it's subsidised by Guia Ayuntamiento

Like many blokes I'm not a big dance fan, but I was persuaded a couple of years ago to see the show which was on then, and thoroughly enjoyed it. I saw the next year's show willingly, but to be honest it was very similar to the first. Both times we were "comped" - don't know if I'd go again, if I had to pay for my ticket. Well... had a fab time! As duende said, the stamina of the dancers WAS fantastic... so were the costumes and lighting effects... Phenomenal! The show itself used both classical and contemporary music combined with traditional Spanish dance, so was very impressive... especially as some of my favourite music was involved...
