To synchronise email with my Blackberry we are using the Outlook Web Access (Exchange 2003 SP2) option via the BIS website. This works fine but I have to manually update the password on the BIS website every time my windows password expires. To get around this I have setup another windows account that has full access to my mailbox with a password that will never expire. This account will ...

Just a thought,,, but have you tried using the IP address of the mail server. I have my OWA account set up and instead of using the https://exchange.domain.com I use the IP and it works well. Also, I have had an instance with an account where not using httpS instead of http caused an issue.

I woul start to make sure I am using https: and see what happens from there.
