I'm trying to upgrade my Studio 14z laptop (currently with Vista 64-bit) to Windows 7 with the upgrade kit that was sent to me from Dell. Dell Remote Access has to be 'temporarily' removed from the computer in order for the upgrade to continue, however, it keeps hanging at 'Gathering Required Information'. I've tried to uninstall in Safe Mode too, but still nothing. It always ends up as 'Not ...
