Thread: Cancelling an order (Ebuyer).

Started 4 weeks, 1 day ago by Ulti
Well I'm beginning to have second thoughts about my 4770. I know I'm being impatient but I keep thinking £75 was a bit too much for the 4770. If it doesn't arrive on Wednesday I'll cancel the order. (This would mean a full week wait as I ordered on Wednesday) However, as the actual order wouldn't have reached me yet, how do I cancel it? The Ebuyer website only mentions returning products...

eBuyer are usually quite good, and we could always say that they'd arrive sooner than the quoted Free Delivery Date, but i've noticed in my last two orders a very accurate arrival date of the time quoted You could order it, and return it, ebuyer hav ea great RMA system, you just have to blag them after filing the RMA.

As you've ordered by "distance" method, and assuming you aren't buying as a business (which seems a safe bit given the product), you can simply cancel the order. You don't have to wait to receive it, and indeed, it'd be better not to. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations give you the right to cancel, up to 7 working days (with that time period starting the day after you ...

Unfortunately I left it a bit too late, the order was in "Picking process" this morning and they replied to my email saying it's too far into the "delivery chain". They told me to refuse the delivery and it will be shipped back to their warehouse, giving me a full refund back. They didn't say that they will charge me for this but if they do they shouldn't charge too much, well not more than the ...

Well they said in the eNote "We cannot edit an order to meet the new prices of item every time the price changes, you agreed on a certain price with us at the time of placing the order and that is the price that we must adhere to." and this is pretty fair I have to say. Either way, their customer service offered very fast responses and at the end of the day I'm saving money although I'll now...
