Well, your budget is pretty low for what you are asking... You might be able to find a T400 /T500 with a 3470/3650 at the Lenovo Outlet... Maybe a used laptop with a GPU like the nVidia 9600M/220M or ATI 3650...

Seriously, your budget is too low. In Canada, my T500 , after EPP and such, came out to around 1100 before tax (that a total of 1300 after tax). Here, laptops are quite a bit more expensive than in the US. Your best bet would probably be eBay or a refurbished reseller.

your budget is too low. if you have a bit more cash to spend. go for the Asus UL80VT (hard to find in Canada but it's worth it). I believe that is a laptop that would satisfy you immensely. http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2355052,00.as p I got it for 1000 taxes and express shipping included.

Maybe an Acer Aspire AS6930 from: http://www.canadacomputers.com/index...id=NBK.104. 187 It has a decent video card, although I'm not sure if its processor is fast enough for CoD4, at least to meet the recommended specs.

It's a Gateway with the following specs: AMD Athlon II X2 dual-core processor M500 Processor Speed 2.2GHz Memory 4096MB DDR2 Memory Hard Drive 320GB 5400RPM SATA CD-DVD Drive 8x Multi-Format Dual Layer DVD-RW Graphics Chipset ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 Honestly, I don't think his budget is that bad. CoD isn't that huge a power hog and any basic dedicated card can run it ok. The ...

I might get the Acer Aspire. It seems pretty solid. The graphics seem okay for CoD 4.
