Thread: Can web recorder record IFrame

Hi, I am using VSTS  2010 and trying to record a web application. My application has IFrames in it. The Web recorder is not able to rerun the IFrames. Could you please let me known how i should be doing this? Thanks, Mayuri

I have never tried the recorder on a page/application with an iframe but if I ever have any trouble capturing trafic I use fiddler (it is really easy to use) Download and install fiddler (www.fiddlertool.com) launch the browser/app with the IFrame  Run fiddler and tell it to begin capturing navigate interact with the IFrame Stop capturing traffic in fiddler highlight the requests you are ...
