im the kind of person who needs things explained exactly. and if you can make it from maple syrup, id rather have that instruction. thank you!

other than what some recipes might give for flavored candy. true maple taffy is done in the spring when boiling sap into syrup and have the hot syrup poured onto snow and picked up by rolling around a sucker or popsicle stick.
