I looked it up and you're right: Mickey Rooney did appear in the fifth Silent Night, Deadly Night film. Why the hell did he do that? "A Christmas Story" is one of the best holiday movies ever made. A couple of months ago, my daughter and I found the leg lamp at a joke shop.
