Can a person that upgraded Windows XP to Vista then upgrade the upgraded version of Vista to a upgrade Windows 7 ? 1 person needs an answer I do too

Can a person that upgraded Windows XP to Vista then upgrade the upgraded version of Vista to a upgrade Windows 7 ?
