He has it in Ultimate Ninja 3, I can't really remember how good it was so I can't really rate it. Try looking on youtube or something.

I kinda want the game, but i also want to know if there is a game of naruto in which kiba can do that sweet ass jutsu where he and akamaru becomes a giant wolf (yes, even this game) and how high would you rate that move (9/10)?
