I have yet to find a single piece of legitimate mail that comes to me with my email address as the sender. If I want to send a bunch of mail out to people whom I don't want to know what other people I send it to, I would just put them all in the BCC field and send it to 'me'. Now that I think about it, I have never done this, but just assumed that's how it would work. So, does anyone get any ...
When I get email at work from "my work email", it is always spam and has always been spam. If it's authentically from my work email address, it would have my name in the "from" field. And not the work email address. So, if my work email is joebob@spazoid.wut and my name is Joe Bob, any legitimate email from me would show only "Joe Bob" in the "from" field and not joebob@spazoid.wut.
