Been ignoring reading all the statements that this Pandemic Firstwave is also killing young healthy people? (Just as in 1918) WHO epidemiological report for week of May 22, 2009 http://www.who.int/wer/2009/wer8421.pdf see p 2 (fatality rates by age decades without timely effective antivirals and timely hospiatl/ICU care) (seasonal flu is .1% or less CFR, and 91% of deaths over ...

Bird flu is being contained, they are doing a fairly good job of doing it. due to budget cuts though they are having to house bird flu patients and H1N1 patients together and that could be a horror movie in the making. The deal with bird flu is right now it does not easily transmit, if and when it does find a vessel to easily transmit in, we are in trouble. The general attitude with this ...

I had to have my large intestine removed and can no longer absorb B12. Ive tried both the spray and tablets but my doctor tells me I should only get the shots that everything else is a waist. Sublingual you can purchase the tablets spray or liquid. Not sure how well they absorb. Also curious what others have to say.

Hi all, been lifting on/off now for a while. I havent been doing anything different, lifting anything heavier than normal, but now I have developed headaches. In the middle of my routine, usually my 3rd set near the end I am pushing all the way to do my reps and then bam! a searing headache all over my head comes on. There is no prior warning, its immediate. I have to stop what I'm doing ...

Short answer is yes. The long answer is, well, much more complicated. In a strictly bodybuilding scheme of things you probably would not do it. Check out Olympic lifting, and how the workouts involve lots of basically a form of deads, and cleans, in the same workout, several times a week. Heavy is a relative term, depending on how many reps, sets, times per week your going to do it...

Smitsky, congrats to your training partner. It is always great to hit a PR, and your friend does this in competition no less. Nice going. let me add to the already excellent comments in this thread: the so called "CORE" movements, do not necessarily have to be the plain basic ones... so, for some people, as an example, Incline bench press may be a better "core" starter than flat benching and so forth...... the philosophy here , as already stated by most repliers, is sound and the way most of us train anyway..... I just want to emphasize that...

All you can eat sushi, what a great find. It can get pretty darn expensive here So. Cal. I was lucky enough to find a "discount" sushi bar not far from me. Everything is always 1/2 price, compared to other bars. Love it! IMO, the best post w/o meal going...

Sleep with a splint on your hand that keeps your fists open, I have it in my right hand but it's not that bad yet just falls asleep all the time ans can be painful at night. Had the graston technique done a while back and it helped a lot. http://www.grastontechnique.com/
