Thread: CVS Medicare Quiz for $5/$30 Coupon

I just printed off another one from yet another computer, different code... I'm going to cvs in a little bit, crossing my fingers that it'll work.

I used some of these Medicare Quiz Q's (all different UPC's) on Dec 5th ..last Saturday and they would not scan. Cashier pushed through. This Q sure has been a pain...hee hee although I'm glad to have it.
