Hi! I answered your question awhile back in another forum, but for the sake of completeness, will answer here too! Depending upon your goals, the easiest way to regulate your cycle would be to use birth control pills. That presumes that you don't want to get pregnant right away. Sometimes after a few months of use, you can stop pills and your natural periods will be regular....

I forgot to add about 4 weeks ago, my gyno gave me a pelvic exam (not pap smear) because I was having pain (which she figured out is caused by herpes neuropathy).&nbsp;&nbsp;She told me my cervix looked fine and didn't bleed when she examined it.&nbsp;&nbsp;I don't know if this helps. Thanks again.
