Thread: Byrne and Galbraith?

Started 1 month ago by EasterToad
Shouldn't they have got a chance the day? Stokes on the left, wasted. Rankin utter pash. Nish his usual passenger self. Benji no in it. Where was the width? Galbraith is the only guys we have bar Zouma who can get to the bye line.

I would have replaced Zoomer with Galbraith but Yogi went for a change of shape rather than just replace personel

I would like to know in what way was that a better performance?

For me, the lad Byrne has more in his locker than slow coach Nish. And likewise, Galbraith has more to offer than Rankin or Stokes out wide. Benji was never in it either, he does play better when Zouma is around him. Badly missed the wee man.

Byrne for Nish and Galbraith for Rankin i was screaming out for.. Think it would have seen us more of an attacking force and could have resulted in all 3points coming back to Easter Road More frustrated than ive ever been with today's performance

i wouldnt be suprised if it wasa case of yogi seeing how some of the fringe players would react to being pitched in in a big game with one eye on the jan transfer window its one thing to play them in a cup game against lower division oppostion (or maybe not knowing us!) but today he gets to see how they really react when given the chance. he knows hes got galbraith and byrne for a long time ...

I was glad to see Nish for 90 min. Not many people here complains about the ref and assistant refs. As I was in front row seat 1, I was just next to the assistant ref. I could see he is not watching property. Should I write to Edinburgh Evening News again or not? Maybe not this time...
