Apparently, a nonpartisan committee in Congress has confirmed to House Republicans that failure to (a) buy health insurance and (b) pay health insurance taxes for failing to purchase a plan under Pelosi's new bill could result in you being jailed for up to 5 years and levied with a $250,000 fine.
I think that speaks for itself, don't you?
