But de ickle Vanian fellow.....Did him say de Ooga Booga ? I and I is deeply worried dat him is deliberately widholding de Ooga Booga , so as to not occasion de consternations amongst de metalheads. Either dat or it is racisms.

I was down the front for both bands and to me the Damned had the better sound - Lemmy's vocals were indeed too low in the mix even from ground level. What an amazing drummer Mickey Dee is though - I love a good drum solo and while Scabies was always on the ball with providing one we rarely get such a thing in modern day Damned. I thought the initial reception to the Damned was quite lukewarm,...

Good to see Curtain Call in the set considering the mb voted it No.1 - wonder if that was a factor?

were the damned playing through motorheads mighty P.A. or just the house stack/backline like most supports do these days? i remember 2000 i saw motorhead they were mega quiet can`t remember who the band was mind you, one of those late 90`s doesn`t matter never mind the buzzcocks also rans
