^ exactly. this is why this whole lawsuit is SO MESSED up in the first place. if it was a DBSK VS SME split, then DBSK will have such a HIGHER chances of surviving. but right now. i just don't see a future for DBSK unlesss HOMIN miraculously show changes side, but with the fact that MAYBE their fathers got involved, it's going to be EVEN more HARDDDDDER for them to! /sobs. i hate this so much. it was going to be a LOSE/LOSE...

It's a really sad situation. I know that SME is really trying so hard to make the 3 members involved look really awful but Don't you think that they discussed going with the lawsuit with the other 2 members? I'm pretty sure that they have thought about how they felt and how it would effect their Image and all that. you have to fight for what's yours. and about that Ultimatum that Max and U-know gave, I think it was fake or...

Just copying and pasting what I said on LJ: Homin's statements MAY be SM-generated, but I feel that Homin's parents feelings are geniune. IDK, just a feeling I have. And this really complicates everything, because Homin are very likely to choose family and career over friends, which is very saddening, but still. This is the climax. I am not a fan of DBSK, but it is sad to read what is happening to their group. As for making the other three to make a decision by Nov. 12th to come back or not, I don't think that it is YunHo's idea because I don't think he has the authority to fire them if they don't return. Even if the other three decided to return, it would be hard for them to all get along with each other again. I don't think the parents should...

hm. interesting. there's another side to this issue. Everyone's quick to say SM is evil... but there might be more to it than that. It's too strange after 5 years of debut to out of the blue saying the contract isn't fair. If it was then why put up with it for 4 years? Unless perhaps their resentment has been bottling up and finally they snapped because of this issue. If SM was truely giving them no money for their album...

...still doesn't change the fact that SME is greedy and treats these talents as if they owned not only their bodies but their souls. The fathers of Changmin and Yunho shouldn't have even released their statements regarding the three. What a shameful thing to do. Now I'm wondering how much SME paid them for doing that...knowing Lee Sooman's underhanded tactics, I wouldn't even be surprised if there was money involved....

This whole article just doesnt seem real. From the previous articles about this case, this one just doesnt seem that acceptable. I don't believe the other two would just go against JaeChunSu and say this..unless it was all SM fed. Besides Yunho was the one who said DBSK will be together at their last concert. Also, this is from AllKPOP not that great of a source. Anyways i'm just gonna have faith!

I can't believe what I read. Even though I'm not a DBSK fan, I really pity them. Now the fact that there seems to be internal conflict is just making things worse.
