I've never been to Boston but I'd like to visit there one day so I'll be interested in what kind of comic stores they have too You've been all over North America lately. Are you just lucky to get a lot of time off or is it all business related?
Well, like I always say, if you'll have a car, I'd recommend Outer Limits in Waltham, Webhead Enterprises in Wakefield (and maybe Comically Speaking down the street in Reading) and Harrison's in Salem. All good stores, but you'll need to drive. There's also Bedrock/Bop City in Framingham, and Hub Comics in Somerville, but I believe James said he doesn't have many back issues at the store. The ...
I always forget to mention Superworld. Well, if you go to the Con, Ted and Co. will be there. If not, Worcester is about 40-45 miles west of town. It's worth the trip, but depends on whether you have the car and time.

I don't have suggestions for SA/GA back issues, but I highly recommend Million Year Picnic, the best store I've ever seen for recent and back issue independent comics.
