I pierced my nose a few months ago so my wonderful SO bought me a new nose stud for my birthday. It hasn't arrived yet but I'm so excited. It is a platinum nose screw with a tiny diamond on it.

Very pretty! I can't pull off a nose ring. The librarian at my daughter's school has one and it looks great on her.
