Thread: Bible choices....

....churches that I have attended, have always used the King James Version. And it is one of the most difficult version that I believe to study. The language is so ancient....making study difficult. My NIV is getting raggedy and its time...coming soon...for a replacement. I just don't know if I can buy a KJV. ...what is your preference?

KJV. Anything else is just blah. 'sides, I love the language, our current form of english lacks that color thats in the KJV. For study, I have a Strongs.

KJV here too. NIV perverts the meaning of certain passages, even leaves important stuff out. Then they completely change a verse in Proverbs cuz it exposes the translators for what they really are. Wolves in sheep's clothing.

After careful research I found that the two most accurate Bible tranlations are the KJV & the NASB.
