Hello everyone. Its been a while since my last post. Hope all is well. What is your best method and product for removing rust on concrete? We have tried a lot of different ideas but are always looking for something better. Thanks, Shane

Oxalic Acid works pretty well. But if you spray one area it may dry out much whiter than the rest of the area not ox'd.

What kind of Rust are you trying to remove? Certain Chems don't always work on certain kinds of Rust.

Phosphoric acid is generally the best to use on rust, BUT, it can etch concrete if you don't monitor it's dwell time. Rod!~

It can be used on brick and stucco, you can apply it with a pump up sprayer, downstream it, bucket and brush to surface... preferred method is a sprayer though.

Larry is right Oxalic is great on irrigation rust or rust leaking from ac units, but say battery rust from golf carts or rust from a radiator and other metal rusts Oxalic quite often wont even touch it I love oxalic acid but it has its limits. For irrigation rust I will quite often Xjet it strong...
