Ive tried the following:
Superpump 250
whiteflood
nanox9
morph
dunk donuts black coffee
superpumps great.. But i got almost the same thing from dunkin donuts black coffee and im not a coffee drink, i figure its alot of potassium, niacin and caffeine with sodium.. So i could just eat a banana, take some niacin in my coffee and bam .. In all seriousness.. What do you think?

I completely agree, although sometimes there may be something that fellow bodybuilders werent sure but wanted to try. i definitely agree with you, thanks for replying

If you can get by with just coffee, more power to you. Personally, I've never seen any kind of great results from using preworkout supplements - I feel like the main working ingredient is always caffeine.
I find beer really helps numb the pain on leg day. But it's important to base your exercises around machines so that you don't have to worry about balance.
Devo that was pretty funny, reminds me of people at planet fitness or one of those stupid chains. I dont drink coffee maybe 1 time a month and its black and i get a buzz from it. makes the workouts good.

well coffee is a vasoconstrictor so besides the caffeine i dont know how beneficial this would be
i tried NO explode before and it did seem to help (maybe placebo effect?) especially the first week or so i used it (dimishining returns after that - but overall not a terrible product)
i think just reading some contest prep journals or watching BB vids gets me going the most now, get the ...

I love the yohimbine/ caffeine/ tyrosine stack, very effective IMO, cheap and natural alternative. i use Lyle Mac Donald's protocol. I just tried the new supllmemnt " Plazmosis" brought under king kamali's name since he sent me some sample: great stuff, but the taste really sucks !!!!
I did use effedrin in the past when i was on the gear ( I'm off now ) and I loved this stuff, very powerfull ...
