I dunno, Interview With A Vampire was cool. But then From Dusk Till Dawn was awesome. Also, Lost boys wasnt too bad...in a campy low budget sort of way. But hey, Kiefer Sutherland as a badass vampire.

I'm going to say Day Watch, Nosferatu, and Dracula... the one with Bela Lugosi. Alot of the other vampire movies were capitalized by the mainstream and ruined by a bunch of wanna-blessed-bes and scene kids.

Interview with a Vampire of course but I love underworld all 3

Anybody remember Lost Boys? Not that it was a great film.... but you can give it credit for launching some careers, and its pretty much resonsible for the while "teenage", "cool" vampire thing in cinema. Before Lost Boys Vampires were European Counts and such..... Not highschool kids...

Did anyone hear that Robert Downey Jr. is playing Lestat in the next Anne Rice movie

Your like of Underworld wouldn't have anything to do with Kate Beckinsale in pleather, would it Bane? I have The Lost Boys hanging out on my entertainment center; the fact that it had vampires and The Doors music mixed is just awesome. Bordello of Blood was pretty decent and a slightly better movie than the other Tales From The Crypt one which was Demon Knight; Blood and Donuts was good for...

From Dusk till Dawn. Classic vampire flick. There's no need to explain why it rules.

For some reason they made a cheap sequel to The Lost Boys last year. I guess it was a chance to try and make a few dollars off the renewed interest in Vampires these days.... From Dusk Till Dawn rocks. Like all Tarantino projects (he wrote it afterall), he takes a popular subject and totally turns it on its head. Brilliant in all of its profane glory.

Thought of another one.... can't believe it slipped my mind: JOHN CARPENTER'S VAMPIRES Next to Dusk Til Dawn its probably the second coolest Vampire film of the last 20 years. And lets not forget Francis Ford Coppola's version of DRACULA, with the incredible Anthony Hopkins as Van Helsing.

30 Days of Night is the best vampire movie I've seen.

I just didn't find it as suspensful as it should have been. The sun goes down, Vampires move in, and then after that they just don't edit the passage of the next 30 days in a way that made me feel like I was there.

Mm, I was just entranced by Danny Huston's performance and I thought the filming was very good. Some parts weren't great, I thought some of the vampires were pretty crap looking, but, overall I thought it was very good. Very good horror movie, none of the cheap jumps and surprises.

I'm interested to see RDJ...
