We can't rely on the City of SC to do anything like this so thank god the City of Capitola steps in to create some local attraction and revenue. The most the City of SC does is bring in a bike race....whoop dee do! Santa Cruz does fireworks at least once a year!

Judged: 1 What is the point of going to the fair then? If you are broke, stay at home. Also, to the poster above. The complainers are the middle class penny pinchers. Poor people don't care, if they have 400 dollars it will be spent and their rent can be late. Meanwhile, middleclass penny pinchers are clipping coupons and packing bolony sandwhiches. Look at the above posters.

If I commit a crime (mugging/stealing) and get away with it I get a bid wad of cash/stuff I can sell! If I get caught I get eggs and grits for breakfast. Yeah there is a downside to the Prison life... but ...
