Thread: Berry Weather and support...

Started 1 month, 1 week ago by fkjr2
Is anyone else tired of the lack of support from Bell share and Berry Weather? Keep getting directed to their forums with no real response from them. Berry Weather hasn't been working on my Bold (current BWeather version) for some time now. The forums are not helpful at all.

I haven't had any issues lately. There was a downtime a couple weeks ago where it was not updating the current forecast but was updating the longrange. You might uninstall the app and reinstall.

If those things don't work delete Berryweather, do a physical battery ...

I want to like BerryWeather, but their lack of support for issues related to it being non-functional is maddening. When BW works,...
